Abstract EN

This research seeks to explain the concept of cohesion, which is the interrelationship between ideas and concepts at the level of the text, where it is governed by many relationships clearly shown in the application to the holy Koranic surat entitled ( Al – Kahf ) .

The cohesion is closely related to the reader, because this latter is the one who builds his relationships when reading the text.

Among the most prominent relationships that have achieved cohesion in Surah Al-Kahf is the causal relationship, the detail after the whole, the answer with a question, reasoning, gradation , emphasis, ,confirmation, speech in dialogue, the argumentation , and the comparison relationship
