Arabic Abstract
هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن المشكلات التي تواجه معلمات رياض الأطفال في لوائي الموقر والجيزة من وجهة نظر مديراتها و معلماتها، و تكونت عينة الدراسة من ( 98 ) مديرة ومعلمة و بواقع ( 41 ) مديرة و ( 57 ) معلمة من العاملات في رياض الأطفال في لوائي الموقر والجيزة واختيرت عينة الدراسة بصورة قصدية من لواء الموقر بواقع ( 31 ) معلمة و ( 19 ) مديرة بينما اختيرت من لواء الجيزة بطريقة عشوائية بسيطة بواقع ( 26 ) معلمة و ( 22 ) مديرة للعام الدراسي 2018/2017.
و لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة قامت الباحثة بيناء استبانة تكونت من ( 62 ) فقره قسمت إلى أربعة مجالات المشكلات التربوية و الإدارية و الفنية و البيئة المادية ) ، و بعد التحقق من صدق الاستبانة و ثباتها طبقت على عينة الدراسة.
و أظهرت نتائج الدراسة بأن المشكلات التي تواجه معلمات رياض الأطفال من وجهة نظر المديرات كانت على الترتيب التربوية و البيئة المادية و الفنية و الإدارية )، و توصلت النتائج إلى عدم وجود فروق في آراء المديرات حول المشكلات التي تواجه معلمات رياض الأطفال تعزى المتغيري الخبرة و المؤهل العلمي.
بينما أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن المشكلات التي تواجه معلمات رياض الأطفال من وجهة نظرهن كانت على الترتيب البيئة المادية، التربوية، الفنية، الإدارية )، و دلت النتائج وجود فروق في آراء كل من مديرات ومعلمات رياض الأطفال حول المشكلات التي تواجه معلمات رياض الأطفال بشكل عام، ولصالح المديرات اللواتي خبرتهن من ( 10-6 )، و لصالح المعلمات اللواتي خبرتهن من ( 15 ) و ( 15-11 ) في حين تبين عدم وجود في آراء مديرات و معلمات رياض الأطفال حول المشكلات التي تواجه معلمات رياض الأطفال بشكل عام وفقا لمتغيري سنوات الخبرة والمؤهل العلمي.
توصي الدراسة بضرورة زيادة عدد الألعاب للأطفال بما يسمح بوجود لعبة لكل طفل، و توفير مكان مخصص لتناول وجبة الطعام و حفظها، و زيادة الحوافز لمعلمات رياض الأطفال و زيادة عدد الرحلات الترفيهية لأطفال الروضة.
English Abstract
This study aims to disclose the problems facing the kindergarten teachers in al-Muwaqir and AL-Jeezah districts from the principals and teachers point of view ,study sample selected by the purposeful method consisted of (41) principals and (57) teachers working in kindergartens in the districts of AL-Muwaqir and AL-Jeezah in the academic year 2017/2018.
The sample of the study was chosen on purpose from AlMuwaqir district with 31 female teachers and 19 principals while the sample from AL-Jeezah district was chosen randomly with 26 female teachers and 22 principals for the academic year 2017/2018 .
To achieve the goals of the study the researcher has built questionnaire which consisted of (62) clauses divided into four main domains (educational – administrational- technical – physical and environmental).
After verifying the validity and reliability of the questionnaire.
The results of the study showed that the problems encountering kindergarten teachers from the point of view of the principals were, respectively educational, physical environmental ,technical, and administrational, The results showed that there are no differences at the statistical in the level (α= 0.05), From the principals opinion about the problems which face the kindergarten teachers, While the results of the study showed that the problems faced by kindergarten teachers from their point of view were respectively physical environmental, educational, technical, and administrational, results showed also that there are difference at (α= 0.05) level in the teachers of the kindergarten in general and for the principals with (6-10) years of experience and in favor of the teachers with (1-5) or (11-15) years of experience.
When we compare then to that those with (6-10) years of experience.
While the analysis did not show differences with statistically significance at significance level (α = 0.05) in the principals and the teachers opinions about the problem they are facing.
In general and according to the variables years of experience and the educational qualification.
The study has recommended increasing the number of toys for the children that allow one for every child, and to prepare a special place for their meals.
Also, to increase the incentives for the kindergarten teachers, And finally to increase the number of entertainment for the kindergarten children .
