Abstract EN

The study aimed to identify the effect of using the proposed tool on improving the level of performance and achievement on the basis of some biochemical variables for Javelin , and the researchers hypothesized a positive effect on the use of the proposed tool on the level of performance and performance to Javelin and for the benefit of the experimental group.

The researchers used the experimental approach to suit the nature of the research.

The research sample was selected out of students of the first academic year of the academic year 2012/2013, and their number was (24 )divided into two groups equally and by (12) students in each group.

The researchers designed a proposed tool for teaching and training of Javelin .

The number teaching units applied to the research sample was 15 units out of the first teaching unit to the last teaching unit With two units per week.

The data were statistically processed using the mean, standard deviation and test (T) of the associated and equal number of samples.

The conclusions had a positive effect on the improvement and development of some angles of the body especially the angle of inclination and the starting angle.

The results of the mechanical analysis showed for the skill of javelin , which in turn reflected in the development of achievement
