The world has recently witnessed major developments in all fields, including the sports field.

This is an indication of the great interest of specialists and researchers in developing the educational process on a continuous basis in order to raise the level of sport and achieve achievement.

The sports field is one of the fields that is interested in using multiple methods because of the positive effect on the speed of learning and invest the effort in a timely manner and thus qualify students to practice and learn basic skills.

Motivational learning is one of the sciences that researchers in the field of physical education have been interested in.

It is important to teach and acquire the new motor skills with the least effort.

Motor learning is an important part of learning, and its methods and methods have varied throughout these years .

The achievement of skilled performance to a high level, which is concerned by the specialists and experts in this game is not satisfied with the practice only, but identifying a number of factors and variables, including psychological variables, and thus began to focus seriously on the psychological state of emotional intelligence trying to develop to reach the best level of athletic achievement.

The research significance lies in the use of comparative and collective methods of competition in the development of emotional intelligence and students to learn the activity of pushing the weight to be a means of expression used by teachers to achieve the best results Through the researcher experience, as a teacher of games of track and field, observed that many teachers do not take into account modern methods to learn basic skills as well as a lack of diversification in the sources of knowledge.

The stage of learning of basic skills of the most important and difficult stages to pay attention to.

Therefore, the researcher suggested using two methods of teaching, namely comparative and collective competitive method, which helps to create competition among students through participation (comparative competition and collective competition) in order to develop the basic skills for the purpose of gaining time and effort to be an effective teaching method used by teachers to achieve the best results.
