Abstract EN

This study aimed to explore the school administration role about achieving social justice for primary school students of Mafraq Governorate.

The study employed the descriptive survey methodology and the population of the study consisted of all teachers at the Governorate of Al mafraq, the total number was (2850) of the teachers.

The study sample was consisted of (335) male and female teachers.

They were chosen randomly by the Simple Random way.

The instrument used.

A tool to measure the school administration role in achieving social justice and it consisted of (32) items.

The study revealed a high perceived degree of the school administration role in achieving social justice on all study dimensions, except the dimension of fairness was medium.

after doing a fairness was in middle level.

There were no significant differences of The school administration role in achieving social justice attributed to gender at a level )α ≤ 0.05).

While there statistically significant differences The school administration role in achieving social justice that attributed to academic qualification and experience at level (α ≤ 0.05) on all study dimensions.

The study suggested employed school principals to havening experienced to achieving social justice between teachers.
