Abstract EN
This study aimed to identifying the degree of the efficiency of human resources training of administrative leaders at the universities in the Northern territory from their perspectives.
The descriptive method was used the study sample consisted of( 567) administrators where two tools were applied whose validity and reliability were previously checked.
The results of the study indicated that the degree of the efficiency of the human resources training of administrative leaders at the universities of the Northern territory was medium, there were no statistically significant differences between the arithmetic means of the estimates of the members of the study sample on the efficiency of human resources training for all leaders and each field due to the variables of : gender, experience, and scientific qualification, there are statistically significant difference between the arithmetic means of the estimates of the members of the study sample on the efficiency of human resources training of all administrative leaders and each field due to the variable of the job title for the benefit of the (director of administrative department, his deputy or assistant) and finally there are statistically significant differences between the arithmetic means of the estimates of the members of the study sample on the efficiency of human resources training of all administrative leaders and each field due to the variable of the type of university in favor of the members of the study sample at the (private universities).
