Abstract EN

Abstract The human being is one of God’s creatures who is created in the best of stature .He is honored unlike others with the brain which dictates his actions .

This study which concerns human’s spirit is meant to elaborate the beginning and the origin of the mankind and to relate between his creation , origin and innateness : then reviewing the three types of the human’s spirit, as well as self-observation and accountability .

Through this paper, the reader will comprehend the importance of this study as it is an objective reflection to the Quranic studies .

It also participate in connecting the judicial sciences concerning the human being .

The researcher opted for an inductive analytical method to conduct his research .

The results showed that the Holy Quran’s texts in whole are either about the Man or a direct discourse addressed to him , and that guidance and straightness is not in the Man’s hand but God .

Contemplating in the question of human being’s spirit is one of the paths leading to believing in God.
