The research aims to identify the reality of the application of business incubators and its relationship to a degree the effectiveness of the application of competitive advantage Taif University, from the viewpoint of the faculty members.

And the disclosure of statistically significant differences between the responses of faculty members in the reality of business incubators depending on the different (college, ■academic rank, years of experience, and get the latest qualified) Was used descriptive analytical method Correlative, was built questionnaire; distributed on the first two parts; business incubators and consists of (31) distributed on the following areas (educational affairs, scientific research and scientific advice, and community partnership and community service).

The second competitive advantage.

It consists of 18 items distributed on the following areas (flexibility, and performance of the work, and quality).

It has been confirmed validity and reliability of the tool.

The researcher : concluded 1.

The fact that the application of business incubators at the University of Taif from the point of faculty members came medium with a mean (2.67).

The degree of effectiveness of the application of competitive advantage fi-om the point of faculty members came largely a mean (3.70).

The existence of a positive correlation function relationship all areas of various business incubators and all areas of competitive advantage and total score function at the level of (a< •, • ^) 4.

There are significant differences at the level of statistical significance (a < •, * °) when all areas of business incubators, due to the variables of the college and get another qualification, where the differences for the benefit of humanity colleges and graduates of the Arab state estimates respectively 5.
