Abstract EN

Crime robbery is an important problem due to its effect on the Community life.As a result the criminals are regarded as as a rejected group because their economies and Social effect on the community .Accordingly the robbery crime of Basra city was increased in 2003 to 662 due to the changing regime and weakness of the law and security system .It decreased to 192 in 2004 as a result of the law and security system control.

The crime raised during (2006-2010) compared to (2004-2005) as a result of terrorism and lack of institution system problems especially in the poor popular areas .Hence there is a relationship between the number of robbery crime and weak or strong law system
