Abstract EN

The relations between the states usually changes , according to the local and International changes .The relation between Iraqi and Kuwait passed through many steps , it was a critical , because of many problems happened between them , specially after the invade of Iraq to Kuwait in 1990 .After the collapse of last regime in Iraq , the relation between Iraq and Kuwait witness a new kind of cooperation .There are many actives (powers) effect on that relations between Iraq and Kuwait , some of them they are regional , and other they are International ,one of the most important actives who effect strongly on the relation between Iraq and Kuwait is United States .

United States has many strategic interests with both of them .In this study we'll try to explain the role of the American strategy in the effecting on the relation between Iraq and Kuwait , specially during the period between 2003 to 2011 , ( the period of American occupation to Iraq ) .And we'll explain how and why .
