Abstract EN

This article is an attempt to study the most important artistic features in the process of poetic creativity, namely the rhythm, highlighting the aesthetics of one of the most important poets of the pre- Islamic era, "Uday ibn Zaid al-Abbadi," by addressing the rhythm of both; the static one (external) and represented in rhythm and rhyme, and dynamic one (internal), which is represented in: parallelism and repetition, in order to reach the harmony of the poet's psychological state with the framework of the rhythm and therefore we can ask: How the rhythm is personified in the poetry? To what extent does the rhythm fit the poet's psychological state?
