Abstract EN

This study aims at studying the data of the Maghrebian concept, especially what concerns terminology, conceptualization and approaches besides the functional dimension of the trend of terminology at a specific time and a specific culture.

This study will tackle one of the outstanding rhetoricians who belonged to the Moroccan rational school that was famous for rational approach and philosophical and inclination; it was the outstanding figure called Sijilmasssi Al-Ansary.

Based on what is mentioned above, we will try in this analysis to answer the question through which Sijilmasi put forward the oldfashioned rhetorical lesson and how he introduced the terminological, critical and rhetorical operation in a new suit along the different cultural and religious changes that invaded at that time the Dynasty of Marinid era.

The how did he mange to free terminology from the constraint of synonymy and transform it into genres.
