Social capital culture forms a common set of social values and humanitarian standards of an informal nature through which individuals can be assured of cooperation among themselves for the realization of material and moral ends and benefits.
Emphasis should be given to the importance of integrating cultural factors into economic growth and development models if the role of social capital in economic life in general and sustainable development in particular and through a set of values and standards For example، memorizing teamwork، cooperation، participation and exchange of information among individuals and state institutions.
