English Abstract

The industrial development environment in Iraq is characterized by changing conditions at a rapid pace.

These are related to the economic and political conditions and thus the industrial system is affected by internal and external factors reflected in the implementation of the industrial strategy of the country.

Population growth, education level, development of infrastructure services and political stability are basic pillars of the governance strategy and the mechanisms of implementing the industrial development of the country.

The spread of new institutions as well as the development of the list, including the Industrial Coordination Board, is the main institutional structure that oversees the formulation and management of the implementation of the industrial strategy through the number of Periodic 'reports on the performance of industrial enterprises and the extent of success achieved, as well as coordination of proposals and studies on the implementation of the strategies prepared by the advisory councils for sustainable industrial development achieved all economic and social goals of the country.
