This study aims to identify the social and vocational problems facing the Saudi women, who work in female supplies shop and identify the most important motivations behind working in this area, This study is a descriptive study, It relied on social survey method through the sample, because of The difficulty of comprehensive inventory of all working Saudi women in the in female supplies shop located in Riyadh.

The questionnaire tool was used to collect data, the study was applied to a sample of (417) operating in Riyadh.

The study found that there were many social and vocational problems; the most important of them are the lack of both the work vacations and the salaries
