Arguments Strategy are the most important modern theories that focus on the way the speaker can change and convince the people ideas and beliefs.

The speech is one of the most important forms of discourse based on influence and persuasion, it Influences the other with intellectual and linguistic arguments to achieve a set of goals.

This research aims to focus on the Arguments of His Highness Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al-Nahyan, the founder of the United Arab Emirates, through one of his speeches, which presented a range of political, social and economic issues of the United Arab Emirates, and the relationship of the UAE with the other (arab and global), and the most important achievements that have been achieved.

This research examined the Arguments in Sheikh Zayed's speech through the most prominent points: presentation of a group of concepts of Arguments, studying the techniques of Arguments related to content, and techniques of formal Arguments, because he used the textual and linguistic arguments that earned his speech power and persuasion.

In the theoretical aspect of this research we relied on the description, and then, we analyzed a range of Argument techniques in discourse.
