The United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL), specialized in the reform of international trade law, is working to modernize, harmonize and standardize international trade rules, so as to overcome the disparity between different national trade laws to ensure the smoothness of international business.

The purpose of this research is to highlight the UN Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL) by defining its conceptual and structural framework and what mechanisms and tools it adopts to achieve its purpose of consolidating, modernizing and harmonizing the rules of international trade
