In a competitive environment that is based on knowledge and quality and which has been obliged by the requirements of knowledge economy changes, the traditional concepts have been changed and led to the appearance of new concepts, which rely on intellectual assets investment, they are seen as a real capital.

It is considered as a main crutch of continues and sustainable superiority in organizations, this is why the later ones rise their care on their human resources capital by maximizing the profit and the good exploitation of this strategic resource investment and also supporting mechanisms in order to both found and protect it .So, this research paper aims to show the new intellectual methodology that is based on knowledge assets especially human resources, and to show the importance of investing in it with the explanation of difficulty sides in incomes measurement that is imposed by its untouchable nature .
