Abstract EN

This study aimed to recognize needs of training for school guidance counselors in secondary schools from their point of view.

The researcher constructed a tool study which consists of 35 questionnaires dispatched into 5 categories: informative –evaluating – accepting and directing –orientation and the continyation- the administration units.

After analysis of the researches.

The results show that the individual samples of orientations need an intensive and important care with average of 3.83 which takes them in the first rank of needs then comes the practice of needs wich was less important in the evaluating unit with 1.82 percent and 1.36 percent for informative unit nextorientation and acceptance average of 1.28 and in the last tank the administration unit with 1.06 percent.
