Crime is not a recent phenomenon, it stands in parallel with the social development.

Whenever there is an industrial , economic and technological development, the crime’s average increases, taking various types and dimensions ; because crime is completely related to the members of the society, their customs and traditions, in addition to the impact of the economic, social and political changes.Therefore, the crime is a social act which accompanied the humans’ behavior from the eternity, and this had given different dimensions to the act of crime.
