Due to the absence of scientific studies dealing with adult education in ancient Greek civilization, this research aims at understanding the reality of adult education and its various manifestations in ancient Greek civilization by understanding the concept of education in ancient Greek civilization, the patterns of education in ancient Greek civilization and the most important philosophies of education in civilization Ancient Greek and educational objectives in the ancient Greek philosophies and schools of education in ancient Greek civilization and the pioneers of adult education in ancient Greek civilization and their most important educational views.

The historical research approach and descriptive research methodology were used to capture all aspects of research and access to scientific content that would highlight the reality of adult education in ancient Greek civilization.
