This research (the role of the purposes of the Islamic Sharia law, in fighting against corruption) handles the task: the spread of corruption as a contemporary issue, in all aspects of life, and evaluation assessment intentionally, in the light of the intent of saving money, as one of the topics of Islamic jurisprudence, and its ability to control corruption, which confirms the evidence of the validity of the Islamic law, for every time and place This research consists of introduction and two sections, the first section: the concept of the purpose of saving money linguistically and legitimately, and rules related to it.

The second section, the role of the , saving money as an Islamic Sharia law purpose, as a cornerstone, of the five basic Islamic law necessities, in fighting against corruption, with an indication of the true nature of corruption, and its types
