زكاة المشاع في الفقه الإسلامي : دراسة فقهية مقارنة

Abstract EN

Zakat is one of the Five Pillars of Islam and it is, in addition to being a crucial worship, established in order to implement solidarity among the members of Muslim society and lay the spirit of supporting others.

Zakat is compulsory over all kinds of property including what is common; but the question that arises here is about the way of making Zakat of what is common.

This study strived to answer this question by clarifying the concept of “common properties” as well as stating different decisions made by several scholars -from different doctrines- with their arguments about this kind of Zakat to come up, after discussing them, to the fairest sayings in the eyes of the searcher with a conclusion mentioning the most important results.
