English Abstract

The problem of the current research is in the question abut the reality of students' ability to scientific creativity in the university.

And what are the requirements of their scientific creativity? The researcher established a questionnaire which included the final version (34) paragraph ,extracted its validity and reliability, applied to a sample of graduate students of male and female in various scientific academic specialization, numbered (138).

The results of the study found that there are no statistically significant differences between the mean and the mean calculated in the responses of the research sample on the identification of the scientific creativity.

Given the outcome of each paragraph, the most important elements of the empowerment of scientific creativity were the attention of the teaching staff to guide students towards reading comprehensively to enrich and develop their expertise and interest in their research proposals as they are new, In the lectures, ..

The results also showed the existence of the elements of scientific creativity in nearly half of the paragraph of the questionnaire were lowest grades, and was in several aspects, most notably regarding the availability of psychological comfort requirements, and lack of financial support..

The results of the study also showed that there were significant differences in the responses of the research sample according to the specialization of the study for the benefit of the students in the specialization of the applied sciences.

The results did not show statistically significant differences in their responses according to the gender variable (male - female).

In light of the results of the research, one of the most important requirements of empowerment is the need for academic and psychological guidance, the need for material support for creative students, and the need for programs to develop the skills of scientific thinking and creativity among students
