English Abstract
The cities, with their huge urban concentration, represent a fertile area for attracting manpower and investments because of the basic infrastructure that is the basis of all economic and human development plans.
It is also a vital and important center for all production branches.
Therefore, the problem of the study focused on the municipality of the sector of the center of Rusafa high density of the population is suffering from many of the problems associated with municipal services, and the inefficiency of these services because of the huge population momentum worsening.
The hypothesis of the research is that the municipal services in the municipality of the Rusafa Center does not appear in an integrated manner and does not seem to consider the benefit of the study at the acceptable level.
The study concluded with a set of conclusions and culminated in a number of recommendations that are a remedy for the research problem.
