Abstract EN

this study deals with the "Fatawa" of the Okbans pointed in the book “Almieyar” in term of their origins, field of science, and thems.

It is also concerned with introducing the scholars Okbans and showing their scientific position through the methodology of their "Fatawa" and the sources they relay on.

Moreover, the study pointed out that Abu Abbas Alwancharissi was very glad to report the Okbans' Fatawa in his encyclopedia entitled "Almieyar" because of the big number of them which contained details about the daily life in the Tlemsani society in particular and the Maghreb one in general during the eighth ceintury, and reflected directly the different aspects that concerned Muslims in that era; religious, culture, social and economic...etc
