English Abstract
Touristic investment in Algeria considers as important axis to guaranty fast economic, social, environmental development, its importance increase with heading of Algeria toward a policy of economic diversification and exit from petroleum rent, so the Algerian legislature put system of legislative and regulatory texts to manage the tourism investment, including tax incentives and real estate, which attracts a larger number of investors to this field.
Therefore, this paper dealt with the legislative and regulatory texts, which included hotels, camps and tourist agencies, with presentation and analysis
