Abstract EN

The study of the path of the Algerian Revolution shows that its greatness is the sacrifices made to achieve the goal of national independence as recorded in the last line of the statement of November 1, 1954.

The martyr Zighoud Youcef was one of the heroes of Algeria who played a pivotal role in the start of the revolution, as well as the attacks of the North of Constantine in August 1955, where he was its leader.

In this paper, we address aspects of this historic event.
