BOWMAN intitulé "La métaphysique vue par KANT".
L'importance de cet article, écrit un siècle déjà, réside dans le fait qu'il intériorise les idées kantiennes pour faire ressortir ce qui inquiète KANT, sa position sur la métaphysique qu'il a critiquée au point de l'éliminer afin de la faire incliner vers un autre sens, réduisant ainsi sa tâche à l'être comme donnée phénoménologique.
Toutefois, KANT - selon l'auteur de l'article - n'a pas été certain de ce qu'il a fait, et est resté, jusqu'à ses derniers jours, suspecter l'utilité de la réduction de la métaphysique à une science
