Abstract EN

Field training, which connecting between practical and professional aspect, considers as basic elements for many of sciences, knowledge and different professions, especially on the field of social work, which its training factors have included to schooling, ,medical , rehabilitation, family fields and Etc.

Although the efforts have been made on developing the curriculum and methods of professional training on social work, but the field training faces some of obstacles and difficulties, which can be prevented from reaching at training objectives.

The current study aims at knowing these obstacles, as using the social survey methodology, which targeting all social work`s students at King Saud University on seven and eight levels in academic year 14381439-H.

The results of this study were discovered on high approval of trainees for many of obstacles connecting to trainees themselves.

The researchers have shown that not feeling with boring from training program, and they haven`t lost the enthusiasm to fulfill the activities required for training.

On the other hand, it has been shown that many phases of obstacles connecting to the instructors of training curriculum, haven`t gotten high approval from students.

Many of researchers have approved and agreed that the instructors of field training curriculum aren`t seek to hold meeting weekly to supervise the training students.

It has been shown from the results of this study that many obstacles phases, which connecting to supervisors on training, have taken with positive approvals from training students and they commended with good and excellent for supervisors on field training.

This study results were discovered on decreasing percentages for negative obstacles, which connecting with training institutions, whereas these institutions providing trainees with appropriate training environment .

This study was also showed that the department of social studies at King Saud University is providing trainees with training and education environment, which valid for acquiring the objectives and goals of field training.
