Abstract EN

This study aimed to detect the level of leadership intelligence and its dimensions: efficiency, optimism, energy, empathy and wisdom, as well as detecting the significant differences in the scores of leadership intelligence and its dimensions due to the experience and educational level among kindergartens> principals in the city of Amman, Jordan.

To achieve the objectives of the study a leadership intelligence scale was prepared and its validity and reliability were verified, and has been applied to a sample of (106) principals, and after using the arithmetic means and analysis of variance, the results reached the following: The level of leadership intelligence among prencipals was high.

There were significant differences in the total score of leadership intelligence and the dimensions of efficiency, energy and wisdom attributed to the experience variable in favor of the most experienced principals.

There were significant differences in the total score of leadership intelligent and all its dimensions due to the educational level in favor of the most educated.

In light of the previous results, the study recommended to perform studies in leadership intelligence and its dimensions among different age stages.
