This research dealt with the events that took place in the Kingdom of Judah and resulted in destruction and captivity by the Babylonians.

The study was carried out through a comparison between what was mentioned in the Torah accounts and what was mentioned in Babylonian narrations.

The research was based two main approaches: the historical descriptive approach and the critical approach.
