Abstract EN

Everyone has the right to freedom of expression includes the right to seek, receive and disseminate information.

This right to freedom of information is necessary in order to : the achievement of any other rights ,guaranteeing democracy and the empowerment of development ,governments and public authorities retain a tremendous amount of important information which maintains this information on behalf of the public and they have to publish proactively information of public interest.

This article tries to determine the legal standards that facilitate the process of obtaining information from the press of the custodians.
