This research treats the problem of the term in conformity with the concept corresponding to it, specifically, in terms of matching the term of "TARABBOSSE" to the professional status that is subject to the employee according to the law of the public function in Algeria.

so, the "TARABBOSSE" has a semantic approaches according to it lexicon meaning, this research tried to identify the negative side, Because of them, the term "TARABBOSSE " is excluded, and in the same time, this research has given other terminology to professional trainees, where they all gather on the basic goal of passing this stage; obligatory, at the beginning of the professional path, or optional during it.

SoIt is not left to the specialists after this linguistic search only to choose the most appropriate term.
