English Abstract
The charitable associations are exploited now days in order to financing criminal organizations, challenging state and international community, especially in terrorism and corruption, despite of all efforts done by states this practices stay and threaten charities, by which millions of human beings live, that why the international community shall look for others mechanisms to protect this noble human traditions, by underlining the real causes of the problem.
