English Abstract
This article tackles the topic of mosque committees; the first part examines the legal framework of these associations and their scope action.
In addition to the procedures of it creation, the second is about the financing mechanisms this kind of association, which is based on the article 29 of law n°06-12 relating to associations.
In conclusion I present some recommendations, notably to exclude the ambiguity in the text law and articles 70-47 of law 12-06.
