English Abstract

This piece of research talks about the successful role of charitable organisations and bow they benefit from people's Zakat and endowment in financing their charitable projects.

"Kaffel Elyatim" or taking care of orphans in Barika is one of the best and most successful charitable organisations in Algeria.

It has started since five )5( years in charitable and volunteering tasks.

It's main aim is helping the orphans and widows in all life's domains and being a guest of " Wa Affaalou Elkheir " or do good emission in Elchourouk TV proves that this organization succeeded in its work.

This research paper focus on how people's Zakat and endowment and gifts coneribute in doing its work and achieving its goals.

It also exposes the differen acheivements of " Kaffel Elyatim " the chartable organisation.
