One of the most important areas in which the work of righteousness and good is embodied is the expenditure on charities through the money of sustainable endowment, which provides them with financial immunity and ensures their owners to provide funds that facilitate their investment in economic and social projects not only for the treatment of patients or the support of orphans,persons withdisabilities, chronic diseases, etc..., and shorten their work on religious or national seasons and occasions.

The waqf funds that charities aspire to are those that help them to carry out their humanitarian and civilizational mission on a permanent and continuous basis and make their work progress and develop with the development of the benefits and needs that arise in society and in line with the goals which are set by charitable societies when they are established.

The difficult challenge for the work of charities is linked to the extent of: First: The flexibility of those responsible for them to adapt to any emergency that could paralyze and hinder their work, if their financial sources of funding are decreased.

Second: To the extent of the ability of those who are responsible for the development of visions and perceptions, to raise the concept of the endowment and its lofty meaning and remove it from the circle of activities that bear thecivilizationaland cultural meanings.

This requires that they have an annual program that improves their performance and makes them institutions of a charitable social nature that emulates the economic institutions of the state, but is distinguished from them on one side, that their activity is not of a profitable nature.
