English Abstract

It is not true that rumor has it that the imam of the carpet, peace be upon him, worshiped and gave up his leadership responsibility, but it is true that he changed the type of work.

He saw that the nation after the failure of its revolutions had succumbed to despair and ended its tongue with the fear, terror and murder committed by the oppressors and tyrants of that era.

And to the life of the imams and companions in the initial stage of purity was that resorted to the educational method in all its forms and manifestations of interest in the affairs of the nation and its destiny renaissance of the responsibility of Ijtihad and the implementation of opinion to address issues of intellectual content and doctrinal and so on and devised a curriculum faced with the problems of new life and the new intellectual conflict with the sources of thought And this was the beginning of the Islamic jurisprudential Fiqh University, which was carried out by the imams, peace be upon them after it has influenced in this regard a lot of fields of jurisprudence, interpretation, history, speech science, Hadith, etc., Many of the scholars of this era gave the Imam in these sciences as well as his criticism of many of what is known, so Imam peace be upon him the upper hand and alert the public to the authenticity of the Imam came in this way based on the Koran and Sunnah Add to that the fight against the Imam in the area of correct belief The wrong path or the intellectual path in order to consolidate the true belief and establish authentic Islamic thought, which came within the framework of this research.
