English Abstract
The principle of the independence of the judiciary is one of the important legal principles on which the legal state is based, since the independent judiciary plays an effective role in the protection of rights and freedoms and contributes significantly to the reform of government institutions and prevents them from deviating from their objectives.
The Islamic Shari'a has ensured the principle of the independence of the judiciary and confirmed its organization Imam Al-Sajjad in the letter of rights which expressed in its contents following the independence of the judiciary in the reform process.
