Abstract EN

This study seeks to define intellectual property rights as one of the phenomena that occupy the attention of a large number of countries, given its substantial role in the creation of added value as a result of human intellectual creativity.

It also sheds light on the situation of intellectual property in Algeria relying on global reports in order to identify the inefficiencies that hinder the optimal exploitation of this effective tool.

This study is divided into three main areas, the first identify the intellectual property rights, the second shows the relation between innovation and intellectual property rights, and finally the situation of intellectual property in Algeria.
