Good governance in the political life is like that any democratic government, which relies on a wide participation of citizens in decision-making and in the follow-up and accountability and accounting, but the broadening and deepening of community participation in the preparation and implementation of the general budget still requires many of the proceedings.

For that we aspire as citizens before being academics to strengthen the culture of governance and transparency, and respect the awareness and the intelligence of the citizen and let we put the national interest in a real safety, effective and not imaginary.
