Many studies confirm that effective private beliefs have significant impacts on the level of commitment of school learners and their results, and the formative path.

So, this article is trying to draw attention to a technic which has a significant level of honesty and efficiency, which can be used in the school and to develop effective skills and a sense of personal escort to the learners for careers in school.

And bring them to get the academic success, the vocational and academic choice and have a personal identification of projects.

So what is the role of Self-efficacy during the learning? What are the sources of acquisition of this feeling? What are the types of educational interventions to assist learners in refined? This is what this article is trying to answer it, to get in the end to highlight the importance of the exploitation of "Self-efficacy" in achieving the goals of education.
