Abstract EN

The present study aimed to identify the reality of teachers' preparation programs at faculties of education in Prince Sattam Ibn Abdulaziz، Almajmaah، and Shaqra Universities in the light of The National Commission for Academic Accreditation standards in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

To achieve this aim، the researcher used a questionnaire contained (45) items as a study tool for his study.

The study sample consisted of (111) members of teaching staff.

The arithmetic means and the standard deviations of the grades of the study sample in the questionnaire were extracted، the T-test was used with two independent groups to compare between the grades of the study sample according to the sex and the field of specifications variables respectively، the one-way analysis of variance (ONE-WAY-ANOVA) was used to compare between the responses of the study sample to the study tool according to the university variable.

The findings of the present study showed that: the 4th standard was practiced highly with (3.72) arithmetic mean.

The study also showed that، there were significant statistical differences between the grades of the study sample according to the sex variable in favor of females، there were also significant statistical differences in the grades of the study sample according to the university variable in favor of Sattam Ibn Abdulaziz University، and Almajmaah University، while there were no significant statistical differences between the grades of the study sample according to the field of specification variable.

The study concluded a number of recommendations most important of which was: Attention should be given to the course reports، convenient facilities for self study should be provided، the graduate students views should be taken into account and conducting more researches about the teachers' preparation programs in the other universities
