Abstract EN

This study aims at presenting a suggested model for the application of strategic vigilance’s mechanisms in Algerian economic institutions.

We have chosen the cement company of Chlef to show how this proposed model of strategic vigilance will work and what possible features will offer to the institution.

This study will demonstrate the different functions, operations, and information kinetics of this devise as well as its contribution to create competitive features to enhance strategic decisions in the company.
