We will try through our research paper to identify the nature of the Islamic financial engineering, and how important it is to Islamic banks as it develops their transactions and support their competitive position through cost reduction.

Based on this need it has been defined the various financial, and investment products used in Islamic banks that has been developed by the Islamic financial engineering.

In addition, the importance of the financial products, developed by Islamic financial engineering in both Islamic securities market and Islamic insurance companies for Islamic banks, will be identified.
