Dealing with this article the study and analysis of the positions of the actors in the European Economic Community of 1970 until the second Palestinian Intifada in 2000 and their reflections on the evolution of the European position and the soft force represented in the European Union countries to remove the Palestinian cause clogging entered into as a result of the Zionist blockade of the West Bank and Gaza Strip and the attempt of this union aid for Palestinians economically and financially because of the failure of the diplomatic initiatives of the European Commission in the settlement of the Palestinian issue before the intransigence of US biased position of the Zionist entity.
