Abstract EN

This article aims to study the measurement of the impact of economic reform programs and development programs on the employment level in Algeria for the studied period, and that from an economic and standard perspective by using dynamic model that connects unemployment rate by the influencing factors on it depending on the Phillips developed relationship, in addition to the variables endocrine that represent studied programs, at the end we have recognized that support programs of the economic recovery and supplementary program to support economic growth affect positively on the employment level in Algeria, through the inverse relationship between them and the unemployment rate in the estimated model.
