Abstract EN

The privatization process of the public economic companies is considered as an economic necessity and a politic option appearing as a result of the choice made by most of the countries to move to market economy leaving the economic field as oil prices fall.

This conducts to transfer these companies to the private sector.

But, such an operation must be carried out after an evaluation process based on studied methods that guarantee its efficiency and success.

The aim of this evaluation is to decrease public funds embezzling in these companies, which requires to the legislation of most majority of compared countries to materialize an efficient evaluation process of the public economic companies, before their privatization, by specialized organs in matter of experience.

The evaluation specialized organs vary according both to the power exercise way in these countries and to the difference of their own economic systems.
