Abstract EN

For many years, Algeria is still taking notice to remain its diplomacy mediation that has worthy built on; principal of non-interference in states affairs, respect for territorial integrity and resolving disputes through peaceful means, as a disentanglement that Algerian diplomacy based on to stop coming risks from northen Mali.

As, the rejection of Algerian regime to military’s intervention, is being based somehow on concern about external interference and extending threats t its territory, “what” consequently, and from a realistic point of view could push Algeria being implicated in a stalemate and a security spiral.

And that what French seeks to do; by involving Algerian in the Malian quagmire accordingly.

French succeeded in transforming an internal crisis into international war and blocking parties from negotiation to settle on political solution as what happened In the central Africa.

French, quickly re-enact the gendarme and raise the stick and ultimately justified its intervention with the need to rappel the armed Muslims ’attack on the city of Kuna that separates between north and southern of Mali, and preventing militias ‘crawling to the capital of Bamako.

Indeed, French has well prepared for a long time, further; it could convince the Security Council in October 2012 to adopt the military option that finally lead to make a resolution 2085.

Moreover, French could accordingly to push states of the ECOWAS group on west of African to sustain and to take part in military intervention ‘operation, while Algeria remained calling for maturity of political solution by encouraging negotiations among Malian crisis teams, where Algerian failed to impose its agenda and to prevent the issuance of a UN resolution after the military intervention in Mali.

That what strongly asserts the hypothesis of this research:’’ the greater the foreign interference” American and French ‘’in Mali, the less role of Algerian diplomacy.
